Refund & warranty policy

Short version: 7-day warranty, re-issue first, fair pro-rata refunds.

Before delivery

Full refund any time before your activation email is issued. No questions asked.

After delivery — 7-day warranty

  • Warranty period: 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If your plan fails to activate or is interrupted within 7 days due to our process, we re-issue it first.
  • If re-issue is impossible, we refund the unused portion: refund = (price ÷ total plan days) × remaining days.
  • Because service begins the moment your order is delivered, change-of-mind refunds after delivery are limited.

Not covered

  • Violations of the platform's terms (sharing logins with strangers, abnormal or automated access).
  • Platform-side outages, feature changes, or policy changes beyond our control.
  • Problems caused by your own device, network, or email setup.
  • Claims without the required order information.
